If goods arrive damaged or appear faulty, notify us as soon as possible. We may request photographs, batch details, packaging information, or other evidence so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us promptly. We will review the order and arrange replacement, collection, credit, or refund where appropriate.
Disposable Gloves and other hygiene-sensitive goods must remain sealed and unopened for return unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Opened hygiene products may not be accepted for return where resale or safe redistribution is not appropriate.
Unopened, unused, and resaleable items may be considered for return. Goods should be returned in original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.
Approved refunds are usually made to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.
Where goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will advise on return shipping arrangements. For other returns, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
