THE BUYING PROCESS

Placing an Order in 7 Steps

Whether ordering a single box or a full case, the process is straightforward. Use the steps below to guide your first or repeat order.

Choose your product category

Browse Disposable Gloves or Disposable Aprons, or use the full products page to filter by material. Not sure which glove to choose? See our Glove Comparison Guide.

Select your product and size

Open the product page. Select your required glove size — Small, Medium, Large, or XL — using the size selector. The price per box updates based on the quantity you choose.

Choose your quantity

Enter the number of boxes you need. Pricing is shown per box excluding VAT, and updates automatically as you increase quantity. Tiered pricing applies for larger orders.

Add mixed sizes separately if needed

If your team requires multiple sizes — for example, both Medium and Large — add each size as a separate item to your basket. Repeat this for each size required. All sizes contribute to your order subtotal and free delivery threshold.

Review your basket

Visit the basket to review your items, quantities, subtotal excluding VAT, and applicable delivery charge. The VAT amount and delivery cost are shown before you proceed to payment.

Checkout securely or request a bulk quote

For standard orders, proceed to checkout and pay securely online. For bulk requirements — typically 50 or more boxes, repeat orders, or multiple-site supply — request a bulk quote instead and we will respond within 24 hours.

Receive your order confirmation or quote response

Online orders receive an email confirmation and VAT invoice. Bulk quote requests receive a response from our team within 24 hours with pricing, availability and supply options.

Which Order Route Is Right for You?

Direct Online Orders

Suitable for one-off purchases, small teams, or buyers who know exactly what they need. Browse the product pages, add to basket, and pay securely online. VAT invoices are issued automatically.

Bulk Quote Requests

For orders of 50 or more boxes, repeat supply, volume pricing, or multi-site delivery requirements. Submit your product, size, quantity and delivery details and we will respond within 24 hours.

Request Bulk Quote

Mixed-Size Orders

Add each size individually to your basket. For example, 5 boxes of Medium and 3 boxes of Large become two separate basket lines. All items count towards your subtotal and delivery threshold.

VAT & INVOICING

VAT Invoices and Pricing

All prices shown on the TC Medcare Supplies website are excluding VAT (Excl. VAT) unless stated otherwise. UK VAT at 20% is added at checkout and shown clearly before payment.

A VAT invoice is issued automatically for all completed online orders. TC Medcare Supplies is VAT-registered (VAT Number: GB477972328).

If your organisation requires a specific invoice format or documentation before ordering, contact our team and we will confirm what is available.

Delivery Charges and Free Delivery

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your product subtotal excluding VAT:

Under £100 Excl. VAT — £9.99 delivery
£100 to £149.99 Excl. VAT — £4.99 delivery
£150 or more Excl. VAT — free delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Mixed orders — for example, gloves and aprons ordered together — count towards the free delivery threshold. See our shipping policy for full details.
