There is no set minimum for standard online orders — you can order from a single box. For larger requirements, typically 50 or more boxes, requesting a bulk quote allows us to confirm availability and discuss pricing appropriate to your order volume.
Yes. A VAT invoice is issued for all online orders. TC Medcare Supplies is a VAT-registered business (VAT Number: GB477972328). If you need documentation in a specific format for your organisation, contact us before ordering.
Yes. All prices on this website are shown excluding VAT (Excl. VAT) unless otherwise stated. VAT at the standard UK rate of 20% is added at checkout. Your VAT-inclusive total is shown on your order confirmation and VAT invoice.
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your order subtotal excluding VAT: under £100 Excl. VAT — £9.99 delivery; £100 to £149.99 Excl. VAT — £4.99 delivery; £150 or more Excl. VAT — free delivery.
Orders with a product subtotal of £150 or more (excluding VAT) qualify for free delivery. The delivery charge is calculated automatically at checkout before payment. Mixed-product orders — for example, gloves and aprons together — count towards the £150 threshold.
Yes. For larger or repeat orders, use our bulk quote request form. Provide your product requirements, sizes, quantities, delivery postcode, and whether you need recurring supply. We aim to respond within 24 hours with pricing and availability.
Yes. Add each size to your basket separately — for example, if you need size M and size L of the same product, add each size individually before proceeding to checkout. Nitrile gloves offer stronger puncture resistance, a closer fit, and better chemical resistance than vinyl. They are Latex-Free and generally preferred for healthcare, cleaning, food handling and professional environments. Vinyl gloves are cost-effective and suited to routine hygiene, light-duty tasks and food handling where a lower-cost option is appropriate.
